If you have less than 0.02 UAH on your primary account on the date of the service order, the service package will be activated on your primary account. If you have more than 0.02 UAH, it will be activated on your additional account.

Order
Available to all PrP subscribers who meet the following criteria:
- located on the territory of Ukraine;
- using services for more than 60 days;
- having an account balance of over 20 UAH for the previous month;
- having no debts for the previously ordered Money on demand service package.
Refund
After the next top-up, the funds will be charged from your account for the mobile service package provided and the service usage.

- use the services for more than 60 days;
- expenses on the account for the past month – more than UAH 20;
- have no debt for the previously ordered package of the service "Money on order".
Refund
After the next top-up, the funds will be charged from your account for the mobile service package provided and the service usage.

Frequently Asked Questions
How will the funds be charged from the account?
- Example 1.
On May 19, a customer ordered the Money on Demand service with a package cost of 20 UAH. After the next top-up for 25 UAH on May 20, 23 UAH would be charged from the customer’s account - this is the cost of the previously provided service package and the fee for its use. - Example 2.
On May 19, a customer ordered the Money on Demand service with a package cost of 20 UAH. After the next top-up for 10 UAH on May 20, 5 UAH would be charged from the customer’s account for the mobile service package. As of May 20, the customer had to pay extra 18 UAH (23 UAH minus 5 UAH) for the service package and its usage. On May 30, the customer topped up his/her account for 8 UAH, 4 UAH of which (50% of the top-up) would be charged for the service package. As of May 30, the customer had to pay the remaining balance of 14 UAH (18 UAH minus 4 UAH) for the package and the use of the service. - Example 3.
On the date of a top-up, the customer has to pay the balance of 14 UAH for the package and use of the Money on Demand service. The customer tops up the account for 20 UAH, 15 UAH of which will be charged for the service package and its use, and the customer can reorder the service.

- Calls and SMS to subscribers within Ukraine;
- Mobile Internet services;
- International calls;
- Roaming services;
- Periodic payments.

It is possible after a full refund in the amount of the previously provided package and the service fee.

The cost of the service is inclusive of VAT and Pension Fund fee in the amount of 7.5% of the service cost, excl. VAT.
