What is a mobile gift certificate? What kinds of gifts are there in the app?
A mobile gift certificate is a certificate delivered as an SMS message or e-mail and stored in mobile app in Gifts menu > Received tab (for a Sender – Sent tab), and containing the unique code, according to which you can get a product or service.
The mobile application provides two types of mobile gift certificates:
- A gift certificate for a certain product or service;
- A nominal gift certificate that allows you to receive a discount for the amount equaling to the value of a certificate.
Also, a gift with the delivery included, such as flowers or sweets is included in the app as a special type of gifts. This type of a gift differs in the fact that the recipient does not receive any certificate code for a gift exchange, but he/she will get a gift to the address indicated either by the sender when ordering or by the recipient when confirming the delivery address to the delivery managers. Such gift can be a surprise for the recipient as the delivery managers may not inform the recipient about the gift to be delivered at the request of the sender.
Will the recipient get a gift if he/she has no SharPay application installed?
Yes, the certificate will be sent as an SMS message (or e-mail, if the e-mail address was indicated), even if the recipient does not have the SharPay application installed.
When you choose a gift with the delivery included, the gift will be sent to the recipient to the indicated address.
Where can I read information about the use of the received certificate?
All received certificates are available in the Gifts menu > Received tab. When you click on the certificate, you can find the terms of its use, expiry date and other details. If you have any additional questions, please contact the Gift Support Service by phone 044 391 35 85.
