Even if there is no money on your account, you can stay in touch with "Funds on Demand" service. By ordering this service, you will receive a mobile service pack with the amount in UAH 20 with a limited period of use regardless of the balance on your account.
Send SMS of any content to 5010 (free of charge) to connect the service. If at the time of ordering the service there is less than 0.02 UAH on your main account, the service pack with the amount in 20 UAH will be connected to the main account, otherwise the service pack will be connected to an additional account.
The service pack connected to additional account can be used for:
- calls and SMS to subscribers within Ukraine
- data transfer services
Also for subscribers of Vodafone tariff plans can be used for:
- international communication services
- roaming services
- periodic payments
An additional account service pack is not used to pay for content service. The service pack for main account is used in accordance with the list of services provided by the operator. After the next top-up 20 UAH will be charged from your account, as well as payment for the service use.
If the amount of the top-up is less than the amount required to pay for the service use, 50% of the recharge amount will be debited. First of all daily/monthly payments, that are provided by the terms of your tariff plan, will be debited from the account.
The next order of "Funds on demand" service is possible after the full withdrawal of 20 UAH and the service cost.
The cost of service is 3 UAH (including VAT and PF in the amount of 7.5% from the cost of service without VAT).

- Example 2.
On May 19, the customer ordered "Funds on demand" service. With the next top-up on May 20, for the amount of 10 UAH, 5 UAH will be charged from the account for using the service. As of May 20, for the service use the customer has to pay 18 UAH (23 UAH - 5 UAH). May 30, the customer recharges the account for UAH 8, of which 4 UAH will be written-off for using the service. As of May 30, the client have to pay 14 UAH (18 UAH - 4 UAH) for the service use.
- Example 3.
At the time of top-up, the customer has to pay 15 UAH for using the "Funds on demand" service. The customer recharges the account for 20 UAH, 15 UAH from which will be written-off for using the service, and the customer can re-order the service.
Who can use the service?
“Funds on demand” service is available to all Prepaid subscribers who use the company services for more than 3 months and those whose amount of expenses for the last month exceeds 10 UAH.
Please note, that the amount of expenses by mobile number is analyzed from the 20th to the 23rd day of each month and the expenses for the previous month are considered. For example, 20.02. analyzes the amount of expenses by mobile number for the period from 01.01. on 31.01.
How to check the income to the account?
To check the main account, please dial *101# , to check the additional account – dial *101*10# .
How long can I use the funds?
The validity term of the service pack on the main account is 2 calendar months, on the additional account - 30 days from the moment of funds accrual.
